About The Position

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our hospital-based practice. Our team includes three OBGYN physicians and three certified nurse midwives providing the full spectrum of women's health care - from preventive services and family planning to labor and delivery, perimenopause/menopause care and gynecologic surgery. SVMC averages 400 births per year. Call is 1:4 Employed by Dartmouth Health, with access to system-wide academic resources, mentorship and specialty collaboration Supportive and collegial team of physicians, CNMs and staff Robotic-assisted surgical platform to expand minimally invasive gynecologic care Salary Range $359,000 - $387,000 Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility. Requirements

  • Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
  • Post graduate training in residency program
  • Current or eligible for Vermont Medical License
  • Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
  • Active hospital staff membership
