About The Position

Capital Health is seeking an Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our dedicated team. Capital Health delivers about 4,000 babies per year and is one of only a few hospitals in NJ to be designated as a Baby Friendly Hospital. Locations Include: Bordentown, NJ and/or Browns Mills, NJ provide full scope OB/GYN care. Call is shared equally among physicians in the group during the week and on weekends. Capital Health is a Level III NICU with Neonatologists, Ob-Hospitalist, and 24-hour in-house anesthesia services. All deliveries are performed at one hospital.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey
• Experience in a busy OB/GYN practice preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of OB/GYN

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope Ob/Gyn care
• Manage patient volumes of 20-25 patients per day
• Participate in approximately 100 deliveries a month
• Share call equally among physicians in the group (1:8)
• Assist with surgeries post-call if requested
