About The Position

Physician - OBGYN – Olathe Hospital Campus The University of Kansas H ealth System , Olathe Campus , is seeking a full-time OBGYN who will join an established team of 6 OBGYNs in delivering compassionate, quality of care to the Southwest Kansas City community. Requirements

• MD, DO or equivalent
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for licensure in Kansas

Nice To Haves

• Experience and expertise in obstetric and gynecological care

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope ambulatory obstetrical and gynecologic care
• Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services
• Provide inpatient obstetrical care
• Perform surgical procedures, including hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, and hysterectomies; robotic platform available, but experience not required for position
• Expected call rotation is no more than 1:5. In addition to coverage of the groups’ OBGYN patients, call duties include emergency department care and family medicine back-up
• Opportunity exists for full time hospitalist position
