Position Summary: St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN physician to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong referral base and access to advanced medical resources. St. Luke’s Obstetrical Associates is a well-established and respected practice located on the campus of St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis. Our team currently includes three full-time OB-GYN physicians and two experienced Nurse Practitioners, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Eligible for Missouri medical licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic surgeries, and office-based procedures.
  • Participate in shared call coverage with the physician team.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Advanced EMR with integrated AI documentation support, resulting in a 45% reduction in documentation time, allowing physicians to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
