Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants is seeking a skilled and passionate Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our esteemed team in Springfield, Illinois. Position Details Outreach clinic responsibilities CRM: Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott. High volume Very active clinical research program: Platinum research site and Center of Training for Boston Scientific. EPIC EMR 5 EP providers, 16 Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist. EP Director: Dr. Ziad Issa. Experience Qualifications Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed physician in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible. Requirements

  • Unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA (prior to start)
  • BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Clinical doctorate is required
  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required
  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty
