About The Position

Mercy Neurosurgery is seeking a board certified or board eligible Surgeon with a specialization in cerebrovascular neurosurgery to join our dedicated team in St. Louis, Missouri. Our practice is part of the Mercy Clinic Neurosurgery at Mercy Hospital South, which is a 796-bed community hospital and the third-largest medical center in the St. Louis metropolitan area. As a Level II Trauma Center, we handle approximately 80,000 emergency room visits annually and are recognized as a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms and offers 24/7 hospitalist coverage, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care at all times. The Mercy Neurosurgery team is composed of 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers, and a dedicated support staff, all focused on delivering exceptional patient care. We utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient patient management and have received a Leapfrog Grade A rating for patient safety. Our practice emphasizes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, allowing our surgeons to work closely with dieticians, diabetic educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care.
