About The Position

Join one of the top 5 cancer centers in the nation! Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seeks to hire a full-time fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist. We are seeking research and mission-minded physicians as every discovery we make and every new treatment we create gives people the chance to live longer, better, and more fully. The position is primarily clinical with excellent opportunities for research and collaboration, working within an established team of radiologists and nurses at a world-renowned national cancer system. A leadership role is available for the right person. The newly opened multilevel outpatient imaging center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including PET/MR, PET/CT, Dual energy CT, multiple 1.5 and 3 Tesla MRI units, and ultrasound. Relocation assistance is available, along with potential for incentive compensation and an excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan. The base salary range is $475,000 - $525,000 based on rank, experience, and academic research, exclusive of incentive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a diagnostic radiologist.
  • Fellowship-trained in Neuroradiology.
  • Experience with plain films, fluoroscopy, CT, MR, and PET/CT.
  • Experience working in an academic medical center or specialty cancer center.
  • Academic record consistent with appointment as Assistant or early career Associate Professor.
  • M.D. or equivalent degree.
  • Board Certified, or at minimum, Board Eligible in specialty and subspecialty.
  • Eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license.
