About The Position

Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo, ND, is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join the region's largest team of board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists. The LARGEST (40+ bed) Level III Regional NICU in the state of North Dakota Team includes 6 neonatologists, 14 staff NNP/PA plus per diems 24/7 in-house coverage by NNP/PA Supported by AirMed transport services with helicopter and fixed wing covering the tri-state area Over 300 Pediatric and Neonatal transports annually Assist at the time of high-risk delivery and post-resuscitative care of the sick newborn Largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region Sanford Medical Center houses an 8 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level III NICU Sanford Health Fargo serves a large catchment area of 1.2 million throughout ND, MN and parts of SD and MT Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Science teaching medical students & family medicine residents as well as an upcoming pediatric residency in 2024 Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a guaranteed salary, comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance, relocation allowance, and much more.
