Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
Athena (or other EMR experience) required; healthcare or specialty clinic experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with agility and adaptability to changing demands.
Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Patient Navigation and Care Coordination: Facilitate new patient readiness by overseeing all aspects of appointment preparation for multiple providers.
Manage and optimize provider's schedules to ensure timely patient access, minimize gaps, and maximize clinic efficiency across locations.
Manage and update systems to ensure accurate patient information, provider availability, referrals, and clinical documentation.
Manage patient escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution of patient questions and concerns regarding care.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with fertility center staff and referral partners.
Support operational initiatives and special projects to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.
Be accountable to daily responsibilities and checklists as appropriate.
Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement: Be a leader on the clinic teams in problem-solving to address issues related to patient safety, care quality, and service excellence.
Drive quality initiatives and manage quality metrics, collaborating with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Partners to promote effective working relationships and facilitate goal achievement.
