The Occupational Medicine Clinic in Maryville, MO is seeking an American Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team. This role will be an integral part of our Orthopedics outpatient/inpatient practice as well as shared responsibilities with the injury-based Occupational Medicine Clinic for the surrounding community. The ideal candidate requires a commitment to challenging and complex patients, excellent communication, and assessment skills, as well as the ability to balance treatment with symptom management and psychosocial support. Position highlights: Ability to play a key role in the development and growth of an orthopedic practice Potential for unlimited growth Access to advanced surgical robot with AI integration Practice structure prioritizes OR time over clinic Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 10% Inpatient, 90% Outpatient Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
