About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Medical Biochemical Geneticist. BE /BC Medical Geneticist with experience in management of biochemical disorders, are encouraged to apply A medical biochemical geneticist will diagnosis, medically treat and manage individuals with inherited metabolic conditions presenting clinically from infancy through adulthood The sub-specialist provides direct care and consultative care for individuals of all ages who are diagnosed with inborn errors of metabolism Join 3 clinical geneticists, 1 NP, and genetic counselors Research opportunities available, if desired Pediatric Residency Program, allowing for a faculty appointment through the Sanford School of Medicine, academic appointment available through Sanford School of Medicine, commensurate with experience Genetic Counseling Program started in 2016 with a joint effort between Sanford Health and Augustana University Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan and 457(b), short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
