Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Practice Urgent Care in MedCheck clinics.
• Provide outpatient urgent care only.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record System (Epic).
• Manage lab and imaging services onsite.
