Full-Time Physician (MD or DO) - Internal Medicine or Primary Care (Mainly Telehealth)
About The Position
Mulberry Health is a physician-led, home-based primary care organization serving patients across the Phoenix metro area. We deliver exceptional care through innovation, compassion, and convenience. We are seeking a licensed MD or DO in Arizona to join our team as a Telehealth Physician. You will conduct our initial patient visits via telehealth, establish care plans, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) who will serve as the patient's ongoing primary care provider. You may need to do an occasional in home visit and while you will primarily see our new patients for an "intake/admit" visit, revisits will be done also and NP/PAs may ask you to consult on a complex problem from time to time.
Requirements
- MD or DO licensed in Arizona.
- Active DEA license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial telehealth visits for new patients.
- Establish care plans and document in EMR.
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs for continuity of care.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance as needed.
