About The Position

Requirements

Unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of Indiana.
Federal DEA certification.
CSR (Controlled substance registration) for the State of Indiana.
Board certification or board eligibility.
Unlimited privileges at Ball Memorial Hospital.
Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
Strong community health/public health orientation.
Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered care
Experience working with adults and children
Understanding of the social determinants of health and their influence on patient outcomes
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of clinical documentation and diagnostic standards (ICD)
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical practice standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based, integrated care environment
Comfort using electronic health records (EHRs) and digital assessment tools
