Position Overview: ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provides direct and appropriate clinical care and treatment to patients in specialty areas as assigned while maintaining patient/client confidentiality.

Requirements

Licensed as an MD or DO from an accredited educational institution
Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio
Completion of accredited residency program.
Must be board eligible/certified
No license restriction
Must have DEA certification
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
Communication skills using the spoken word
Ability to see and hear within normal range.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient engagement and understanding.
Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other healthcare providers.
Supervise and mentor mid-level providers and students as needed.
Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
Perform minor procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.
Uphold One Health Ohio’s core values and policies.
Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions.
Exhibit flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing tasks.
Employee is able to work at any OHO locations deemed necessary by OHO.
