Requirements

• Current medical license to practice in the State of California
• DEA Certificate
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified
• Experienced physician preferred, particularly those who have worked in Health Centers
