Requirements

• Active Oregon MD/DO License
• Board Certified
• BLS Certified
• Willingness to obtain CME for Civil Surgeon (USCIS) and DOT physicals

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification, preferred
• 4+ years experience, preferred
