Physician- Internal Medicine
About The Position
Community Health Services (CHS) is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team, providing clinical care within our office/clinic setting. In this role you will engage directly with patients, assessing, diagnosing, and treating illnesses in adult and geriatric populations, conducting exams, performing minor medical procedures and testing, and prescribing medications. To be successful in this position, candidates must be Board-Certified with an active Ohio License and have a minimum of three years clinical experience. The ideal candidate must have the ability to navigate the complexities of a busy ambulatory practice. This physician will be working out of our Main office, located at 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont, Ohio, 43420. Office hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends or Holidays.
