About The Position
The Physician Informatics Training and Support Liaison is responsible for training and supporting the Epic application and related systems, primarily focusing on physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APC). This role involves becoming an Epic Credentialed Trainer, facilitating training sessions, and providing real-time support to enhance workflow usability and satisfaction. The liaison collaborates with Epic Principal Trainers to maintain curriculums and contribute to the deployment of new electronic health record modules.
