About The Position

TidalHealth, a leading healthcare system on Maryland's Eastern Shore, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Daytime Hospitalist team in Salisbury, MD. This is your chance to practice hospital medicine at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, a 288-bed, Level III Trauma Center and regional tertiary care hub. You'll be part of a physician-led, professionally managed, multi-specialty medical group of over 300 providers who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hospitalist program.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Practice hospital medicine at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.
• Participate in the Residency Program by teaching residents and supporting medical students in clinical rotations.
• Manage a patient census of 15-18.
• Work in a closed ICU with Intensivist support.
• Utilize CPOE, PACS, and EMR systems.
