About The Position

Essentia Health is seeking a Hospitalist for a daytime position in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and a team player who is dedicated to providing top-quality patient care. The hospital has 140 beds and a closed ICU, with a strong, collegial team atmosphere consisting of 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support. Each hospitalist manages an average of 14-17 patients, and no procedures are required. The position offers access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support, with flexible shifts and scheduling options, operating on a 7/7 on & off basis.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a strong interest in hospital-based care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.
