About The Position

Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua seeks a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician to join its established Oncology department in Minocqua, Wisconsin. The Marshfield Clinic Cancer Care, part of the Marshfield Clinic Health System, is fully integrated across all locations, with regularly scheduled tumor boards and other collaborative efforts. Extensive research opportunities are also available. Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Benefits

• 2 year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE
• Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)
