About The Position

Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Covington, Louisiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Classic Benign Hematologist to join its expanding, multi-specialty group practice. Ochsner MD Anderson is the leading clinical oncology program in the Gulf South Region, dedicated to cancer research and new treatment developments. The center offers a multi-disciplinary approach, advanced technologies, and a focus on clinical research, defining its approach to cancer care. Over the last 5 years, Ochsner Health has invested more than $135M in facilities and technology across the Ochsner Cancer Institute, reflecting its commitment to leading cancer care in the region and beyond. Ochsner MD Anderson is one of only seven MD Anderson Cancer Center partners in the country and the only one in Louisiana, providing patients with care based on the same protocols and practice standards as MD Anderson in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
