About The Position

Fairview is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join M Health Fairview Cancer Care Center Edina. Located in the Fairview Southdale Physicians Building, our providers will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets both your medical and personal needs. Join a group of physicians interested in staying on the cutting edge of their field and participating in quality improvement committees. Practice details: Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards. Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
