Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passion for working with underserved populations.
• Ability to innovate and collaborate in a healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
• Interest in community health and public health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated health care.
• Engage with underserved populations to improve access to health care services.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
