JOB SPECIFICATIONS Opportunity Details: 200+ bed hospital Epic EMR Equipped with Da Vinci Xi and X Robots Services provided focus on bread-and-butter general surgery Share call with 3 independent surgeons (2 general and 1 colorectal) 3 Advanced Practice Practitioners

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school, with successful completion of accredited General Surgery residency program
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain), with full credentials to practice in the scope of general surgery
  • Active medical staff membership in good standing, with full clinical privileges and responsibilities
  • Proven clinical competence in a broad range of general surgical procedures, with a commitment to evidence-based care and surgical excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families — including in high-stress or complex situations
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and delivering exceptional customer service
