Requirements

• Be a Primary-Care Physician, Family Practice Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, Hospitalist, APRN, PA, or other medical practitioner (implies relevant medical degree and licensure).

• Practice medicine with autonomy, focusing on patient care.
• Deliver exceptional, patient-focused, value-based, and outcome-driven care.
• Practice preventive and coordinated primary care.
• Utilize clinical, business, and technology resources provided by Millennium.
• Engage in new quality programs, including Virtual Care Clinic and Telehealth services.
• Provide input on the group's decisions about medicine.
