POSITION SUMMARY Provides comprehensive Gastroenterology medical care to all patients served by Hillsboro Medical Center. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Abo ut the Team: Our practice is growing; join a stable 5-person group that is expanding Enjoy a congenial, collaborative environment and excellent rapport with clinic staff 60:40 Endoscopy to Clinic split 32 hours per week of direct patient care; 8 hours clinical administrative time Call is currently every 4th week for 1 week at a time

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school with appropriate residency training
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Licensed in Oregon)
  • A ctive staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership
  • Demonstrates skill in caring for specialty-related patients
  • Uses effective communication skills to work with patients, families and co-workers in "simple” as well as in “difficult” situations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
