About The Position

Sutter West Bay Medical Group has an opportunity for a dedicated pancreatologist to join a premier, innovative team of interventional endoscopists at CPMC, the flagship tertiary-quaternary hospital in the Sutter network, in San Francisco. This position is focused on the management of benign pancreatic diseases, including recurrent acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, and pancreatic cysts - for which we receive a large volume of referrals. Clinical (and potentially basic science) research opportunities abound, including projects related to chemo- and radiofrequency ablation of pancreatic neoplasms. Our clinics provide all the advantages of a community-based private practice with the added support of a larger, multispecialty organization. Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Advanced training in Pancreatology
• Proficiency in diagnostic Endoscopic Ultrasound and FNA
• Commitment to advancing patient care through innovative endoscopic techniques
• Strong academic track record, including peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
• Strong interest in research, multidisciplinary collaboration, and program development
• Dynamic, collaborative, and team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
