The Atrium Health Floyd Family Medicine Residency provides medical care for all ages. This care includes wellness visits, preventive care, disease management, sick visits and lab work. This clinic is located minutes from Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA.

Requirements

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Inpatient experience within the last 5 years.
• Desire to work with a diverse population.
• Passion and skill to work with residents.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care for all ages including wellness visits, preventive care, disease management, sick visits, and lab work.
• Work with residents and provide education and mentorship.
• Participate in hospital call schedule.
• Engage in community health and wellness initiatives.
• Utilize innovative modalities such as POCUS and osteopathic manipulative techniques.
