About The Position

We are excited to offer the role of Virtual Physician for a new virtual care delivery group within CenterWell Senior Primary Care, Humana’s Primary Care Organization. This group will provide virtual wraparound services to support patients when they cannot get in with their own PCP – closing gaps in care, ensuring timeless access to important medications and solving urgent clinical needs. We will be serving patients in Texas, Florida, and Mississippi and we are looking for an MD/DO who shares in our vision to innovate on primary care for the next generation of seniors and is eager to take excellent care of his/her patients each and every day!
