About The Position

Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for a Clinical Teaching and Simulation Fellowship. This one-year fellowship is available for the 2026-2027 academic year and includes dedicated hours for academics, clinical hours with the Emergency Medicine residency at Kaweah Delta Medical Center, and opportunities to lead educational sessions for various learners. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership that values team accomplishments and provides autonomy, local control, and a national system of support for its clinicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Able to obtain a CA state medical license.
• Strong interest in simulation and medical education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year clinical teaching and simulation fellowship.
• Engage in dedicated academic hours and clinical hours with the Emergency Medicine residency.
• Lead educational sessions for residents of multiple specialties, high school students, and ancillary staff.
