About The Position
Clinica Sierra Vista is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to provide primary-care services to individuals and families in the community. As one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in California, we have a rich history of serving a diverse population of 150,000 patients across 31 health centers in Fresno and Kern counties. Our services encompass a wide range of healthcare needs, including Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Prenatal & Women's Health, Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Health Education, Outreach, and WIC services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary-care services, including conducting exams, making diagnoses, and developing treatment plans for patients. You will maintain accurate medical records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring that documentation is consistently up to date. Additionally, you will refer patients to specialty care as needed and provide essential information and education to patients and their families regarding their diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
