About The Position
The Inline Group is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Mattoon, Illinois. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a 100% outpatient setting, with a Monday to Friday schedule that allows for flexible working hours. The role is designed for new graduates as well as experienced physicians looking to make a significant impact in the community. The call schedule is manageable, with a 1:5 telephone-only rotation, supported by a nurse advisory line to ensure that physicians can focus on patient care without the burden of excessive after-hours responsibilities. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be part of a Patient Centered Medical Home model, which emphasizes comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients. You will have the opportunity to work alongside two experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), enhancing the collaborative care environment. This position also qualifies for the RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation, making it an attractive option for those with educational debt. Additionally, there are opportunities to teach Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students, as well as engage in research and academic affiliations, providing a well-rounded professional experience.
