About The Position

The new physician will provide comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages. Physicians see between 20 and 30 patients per day, with the support of a dedicated clinical assistant. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to: evaluation and treatment of patients, care plan management, preventive health maintenance, assessment of acute needs, chronic condition management, review of laboratory / other test results, initiating specialist referrals, participating in care team, provider, and staff meetings. The practice uses the Epic EHR.

Requirements

• California medical license
• DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible, Family Medicine
