About The Position

MemorialCare Medical Group (MCMG) has an immediate opening for a full-time Family Medicine physician for our Mission Viejo Madero primary care clinic. Seeing patients of all ages, you'll practice value-based care in a patient-centric environment, with the support and resources that come from being part of MemorialCare Medical Foundation's network of specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in California
• Experience in outpatient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic
• Interest in leadership opportunities
• Desire to participate in governance of the group

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care to patients of all ages
• Practice value-based care in a patient-centric environment
• Utilize EMR system (Epic) for patient documentation
• Manage a daily patient load of 18-21 patients
• Participate in moonlighting opportunities
• Collaborate with MCMG specialists across 26 specialties
