About The Position

Corewell Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our Allendale, MI primary care clinic near Grand Valley State University campus. In this role, you will work alongside other Physicians and APP’s caring for the patients of Allendale, surrounding communities, and college campus. Work a four-day work week with EPIC EMR and 3 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Provider colleagues. Team-based care is supplemented by a behavioral health specialist, care manager, medical assistants and experienced operations manager. Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
