Family Medicine – Lakeside Clinic (OB is Optional ) Duluth, MN Step into a fast-paced , fun , and collaborative environment in Duluth’s charming Lakeside neighborhood. Our clinic combines the personalized feel of a small-town practice with the resources and support of a large, integrated health system . It’s the best of both worlds! PRACTICE SPECIFICS Team-Centered Culture : Work alongside a positive, energetic, and team-focused group that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our current team is made up of 4.1 FTE Physicians and 2.9 FTE Advanced Practice Clinicians. Flexible Scheduling : We value work-life balance and offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5 PM. Innovative Support : Benefit from a robust clinical team that includes Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, Orthopedics/ Cardiology/ Pediatrics Outreach, and onsite Anticoagulation services. Comprehensive Onsite Services : Lab, radiology, physical therapy, acupuncture, and pharmacy—all under one roof. Established Patient Base : Step into a thriving practice with a loyal patient community. Modern Technology : Utilize EPIC and DAX AI for seamless notes and reduced paperwork burden. Call Model : Phone-only call on rotational basis for added work-life balance.
