About The Position
St. Luke’s Health System the leading health provider in Idaho and a Top 15 Health System nationally is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. As part of our Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you’ll deliver high-quality, coordinated primary care with a focus on convenience, communication, and continuity. What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages. Collaborate with integrated care teams including advanced practitioners, nurses, behavioral health, and population health specialists. Contribute to innovative care delivery models that improve access, experience, and outcomes. Participate in quality improvement and data-driven decision-making to advance patient care. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Idaho medical licensure.
- A passion for accessible, team-based, and patient-centered care.
