About The Position

IHC in Spencer, Indiana, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (M.D./D.O.) passionate about providing healthcare services to underserved populations in the area. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
• Completion of an accredited Residency Program
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH

• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Experience in community health settings

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services to underserved populations
• Manage a patient load of 18-20 patients a day
• Participate in a team-based collaborative care model
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for patient documentation
• Engage in integrated behavioral health practices
