Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH

Responsibilities

  • Join a team of talented and dedicated healthcare providers, including three primary care physicians, a pediatrician, a dentist, and two nurse practitioners
  • Provide 100% outpatient care
  • Manage a flexible schedule with 18-20 patients a day
  • Participate in a four-day workweek option
  • Utilize integrated behavioral health services
  • Work with eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Engage in team-based collaborative care model
  • Ensure patient care during dedicated administrative time

  • $100,000 loan repayment
  • $5000.00 CME and 40 hours of time off for CME purposes
