About The Position

Must be board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology. Busy and established practice serving all southwest Michigan - we are the area's only ENT team! Competitive compensation package, including generous starting bonus, plus bonuses for productivity and quality. Team includes three otolaryngologists, three audiologists, and two advanced practice providers seeing patients in Niles and St. Joseph - providing a full range of common ENT services to adult and pediatric patients. Excellent support staff. Flexible clinic and surgery schedule. Call is 1:4.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology.
• Experience in providing ENT services.

Responsibilities

• Practice general ENT with the ability to build a focus within the practice.
• Provide a full range of common ENT services to adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a team of otolaryngologists, audiologists, and advanced practice providers.
• Participate in a flexible clinic and surgery schedule.
• Manage patient care and ensure quality outcomes.
