About The Position

Physician - Diagnostic Radiologist (Nocturnist) The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Radiology, is seeking a full-time Night Radiologist to join its dynamic and well-established radiology team. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high-acuity academic environment while maintaining a predictable night-focused schedule. Position Highlights Dedicated night shift coverage supporting a busy tertiary and quaternary referral center Interpretation of a broad range of emergency and inpatient imaging, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain radiography Coverage includes trauma, stroke, and acute care imaging with strong subspecialty backup Practice Environment Work alongside a collegial team of subspecialty-trained radiologists Robust IT and PACS support, streamlined workflows, and on-site radiology assistants Academic medical center with teaching opportunities (optional) involving residents and fellows

Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligible for medical licensure in Kansas and Missouri

Nice To Haves

Prior night or emergency radiology experience preferred, but not required
