Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Mohs Surgeon to join its busy, established practice in Fargo, ND. The physician would likely start as 50% general and 50% MOHS to start, with potential to grow to 100% MOHs. This position includes a combination of flexible outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service. The surgeon will partner with a successful team of dermatologists supported by advanced practice providers, and there is an aesthetician onsite. The practice offers a wide range of dermatologic services including general medical & surgical dermatology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic and pediatric dermatology. Mid-level providers help support patient demand, and supervision of non-physician providers is optional. A fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon is onsite, and the well-equipped office offers UVB phototherapy, XTRAC excimer laser, Candela VBeam, Sciton platform with BBL, ProFractional, Halo, Q-switched Nd: YAG, Ruby, and Light Sheer hair removal. The work schedule is flexible with a 4-5 day work week and no in-hospital or after-hours call. The practice supports 2-3 nurses per physician and serves a compliant patient population with Midwest values. It is a busy practice from day 1, with a catchment area exceeding 1.2 million. There is also an opportunity to teach medical students and residents.
