The Opportunity: Leading Edge Critical Care and Advanced Procedures This pivotal role offers an unparalleled opportunity to deliver expert critical care and perform advanced interventional pulmonology procedures within a supportive, innovation-driven setting. You will be instrumental in: Delivering advanced, evidence-based critical care within our state-of-the-art, 24-hour dedicated Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Our commitment to excellence is enhanced by novel Virtual ICU physician and critical care nurse support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and providing a unique platform for learning and teaching in high-acuity settings. Performing a comprehensive range of advanced Interventional Pulmonology procedures, including but not limited to bronchoscopy (rigid, flexible, EBUS), navigational bronchoscopy, pleural procedures, and advanced airway management for critically ill patients. This role focuses on applying these skills directly within critical care settings and through collaborations for referring services. Collaborating within a dynamic, physician-led division comprising over 50 highly skilled specialists. This collaborative ethos extends to robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support within our ICUs, fostering an efficient, team-based approach to patient management and offering valuable opportunities for mentorship and shared learning in acute care. Engaging with the Medicine Institute's dedicated research team, providing avenues for clinical research, quality improvement projects, and the translation of scientific discovery into practical benefits for critically ill patients. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Successful completion of an ACGME-approved Critical Care fellowship program.
Completion of an ACGME-approved Interventional Pulmonology fellowship program.
Current Board Certification or Active Board Eligibility in Critical Care Medicine.
Current Board Certification or Active Board Eligibility in Interventional Pulmonology.
Possess or be eligible for a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to the commencement of employment.

Responsibilities
