About The Position

Has oversight responsibility for the operational procedures associated with all legal arrangements between physicians and the affiliate. Responsibilities include the organization and maintenance of a repository and database for physician agreements, and communication with payroll and accounts payable regarding payments. May at times serve as a consultant to educate and assist physicians and affiliate management in addressing physician contract issues and ensuring that contract requirements are met. Provides oversight for the management of the non-physician contract database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related
• 2 years of recent experience
• Demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve problems and develop effective working relationships with physicians, supervisors, administration and legal counsel.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex health care setting.
• Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to diplomatically research sensitive facts and detailed procedures.
• ability to communicate clearly and professionally to all levels of employees and corporate executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance numerous priorities without supervision.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware/software including MSN Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), fax and copier.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills including financial, business, and contract analysis.
• Ability to complete multiple complex projects within established time parameters.
