About The Position
Altera Digital Health Inc. is seeking a Physician Consultant - Client-Facing Demo Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class demonstrations of Altera's health IT solutions to both current and prospective clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Solution Specialists team and Sales to identify opportunities and set priorities for each demonstration. The position requires leading the demonstration process from the initial request through to post-demo review, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout. The Physician Consultant will utilize established workflows and scripts to tailor demonstrations to the audience, making the information relevant and meaningful by addressing client challenges while showcasing the value of Altera's solutions. Continuous improvement of scripts and demonstrations is essential, as is the development of strong client relationships before, during, and after the demonstration. The role also involves gathering competitive intelligence and sharing insights appropriately. In addition to delivering demonstrations remotely, the Consultant will also present at customer sites and trade shows. Effective communication with team members is crucial for sharing knowledge and resources. The role requires obtaining Core and Specialty certifications in designated modules of Sunrise and Paragon EHRs, as well as maintaining current clinical knowledge in the area of specialty through professional licensure and continuing education. Collaboration with internal teams to provide clinical insight during product development is also a key aspect of this position.
