Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a compassionate, highly skilled Family Medicine physician who is board-certified or board-eligible to join our team. This unique opportunity allows you to practice medicine in a personalized, patient-focused environment, providing high-quality, comprehensive care to a select group of patients. As a concierge physician, you will have the time and resources to foster strong, long-term relationships with patients, offering them an elevated healthcare experience.

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
Maintain a small, dedicated patient panel, ensuring highly personalized care and accessibility.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories.
Develop individualized care plans that focus on long-term health and wellness goals.
Engage in proactive, preventative care, including health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring continuity and integration of services.
Offer same-day or next-day appointments to ensure prompt care and peace of mind for patients.
Be available for after-hours consultations, whether via phone, MHO, or telemedicine.
Provide education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and optimal wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records and comply with all relevant documentation standards.

Board certification in Family Medicine (required).
Active state medical license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or family medicine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with concierge or direct primary care models is preferred, but not required.
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving the overall patient experience.
Ability to manage a reduced patient load while maintaining high-quality, individualized care.

Salary based compensation $335,000 with panel size-based bonus
Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000
