The Physician Compensation Analyst provides professional support in the development, implementation and maintenance of physician wage & salary administration. This role involves reviewing market data, job history, pay recommendations, and departmental-organizational equity. The analyst prepares cost/salary analyses for management review, periodically audits/updates wage and salary structure, researches and resolves compensation issues, and may create and prepare reports to assess competitive pay position, quality of workforce and job data. The analyst ensures accurate/updated salary information is available and maintained for all physician and extender positions, assists the physician compensation team with preparation of quarterly provider compensation calculations and summaries, and serves as a point of contact to provide resources and support for providers, operations, administration, and management. Additionally, the analyst partners with the manager to provide all data analytics needed to calculate provider compensation, assists in the preparation of documentation and support for annual provider compensation and financial audits, utilizes the company's HRIS system/data to complete compensation related tasks, collaborates with Human Resources, managers, and others to provide feedback and guidance, and provides timely guidance and support on wage and salary matters to management and HR.
