About The Position

Helen DeVos Children's Hospital (HDVCH) is seeking to hire board certified or board eligible child & adolescent psychiatrists on a per diem basis to support our new pediatric medical psychiatry unit. This new 12-bed unit will be the first of its kind in Michigan. Coverage opportunities include: Onsite Saturday & Sunday pediatric medical psychiatric unit coverage - admissions and rounding on current patients Offsite weekly overnight call coverage For child psychiatrists outside of our local area we are able to provide support with travel and accommodations. Full License State of Michigan or ability to obtain
Required Doctorate
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
